The most important thing in the coaching process is to first know where you are starting from.Coaches work with the individual to help them to better know themselves, better understanding their strengths and weaknesses and the quality of their life balance.

Where do you want to go? 
This is the planning and goal setting section of the process. Working with the individual and the organisation the coach helps facilitate the setting of specific goals to work towards.

What are you willing to do to get there? 
Through a series of one-on-one sessions, the coach and the individual work on their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief. They question assumptions and help provide the motivation and discipline to unlock potential.

New View of Leadership

Because of the skill sets that are resident in our Personal Performance Division we also offer leadership development programs.

While conducting coaching programs we found our clients were looking for the opportunity to ‘stretch’ and grow their leaders. Or, they want to work with their senior people to create a learning environment that gets people ‘out of their comfort zones’. While these types of group programs can be offered as a stand-alone corporate program, we have found great effect is achieved by bringing together leaders from a variety of inductees and businesses. It was with this thinking that the New View of Leadership was created.

This is a leadership course that takes you deep into uncharted territory – yourself. The New View is a residential leadership development program conducted in VIC, NSW & QLD. Its intention is to improve the leadership capabilities of every participant.
There are many excellent courses available which provide a strong background in contemporary leadership theory, however we believe that gathering information about leadership and learning to lead better are distinctly different propositions.

Duration: 4.5 day residential (+ 1 day call back) and follow up coaching sessions or a 6 day residential & follow up coaching sessions
