About Simon Small
Simon Small the Corporate Coach and Master Facilitator has many years experience in operational leadership roles including 10 years service as an officer in the Australian Army. Since 1997 he has been conducting development programs and coaching assignments with individuals and teams. Simon’s early experience in the military provided him with the foundation for his later success.

A Graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon, he served as a military commander, where he had the opportunity to hone his leadership skills. He was subsequently involved in training other officers in leadership and small team dynamics back at Duntroon. His broad theoretical knowledge and practical experience offers an unequalled ability to facilitate learning and behavioural change in the experiential environment.

Obsessed with the area of personal achievement Simon has used himself as a living case study, walking his talk. He has successfully balanced the raising of a young family with the challenge of building two successful performance development businesses and his desire for continuing education, achieving university qualifications in adult education, human resources, coaching and is a qualified personal fitness trainer.

Physically, he has completed multiple marathons, an iron-man triathlon, more than a dozen crossings of the Kokoda Track and numerous physically and mentally challenging events. Now working as an individual and team coach and facilitator, Simon is passionate about sharing this insight into what it takes to develop mental toughness and perform at your best.

About Guy Andrews

Known for his excellence at the elite level of competitive Surf Life Saving. Guy continues his drive for achievement in everything that he does. Recently retired from competitive Surf Life Saving his sporting career has seen him win numerous awards, including 3 x Uncle Toby's Ironman Super Series Championships, an Australian Open Ironman Championship and was the winner of the grueling Test of the Toughest competition.

A little known fact is that guy is also an Australian Age Triathlon Champion, and has world rankings in Adventure Racing. He competed for the first time in China in the World Adventure Racing Championships. His team managed to beat the World Champions on Day 2 of the 4-day event and finally came in 3rd out of 30 teams. Guy also competed in the World Solo championships in NZ recently were he beat all the European and N. American champions and placed 4th outright.

Guy is now regarded as one of Australia's best Adventure Racers. With a past like this what does the future hold for guy Andrews? He aims to carry on with his adventure racing and use his media profile to help raise awareness of the benefits of being active and its contribution toward the health of Corporate Australia and our children. Guy aims to become as successful in business as he has been in sport, and to use his success to inspire fellow Australians toward the road of health and personal fulfillment.

About John O’Brien

John has specialized in developing relevant and accessible games, activities and adventures for corporate conferences and training events. His development of the concept of High Adventure Team Problem Solving Games is slowly sweeping the training world.

In 15 years of contracting to corporate, educational and community training organisations John has safely dispatched well over 35,000 abseilers. That’s a lot. John has gained repute as a major developer of sport rock-climbing in Queensland, putting up over 1,000 meters of new routes in one year alone.

You are unlikely to find anyone with more corporate adventure training experience.

He’s a vegetarian, nuts about cryptic crosswords and he swam in the Ganges.
When working with John always expect something that is safe, challenging and very different.

About Peter O'Brien
Peter O’Brien has a long history of involvement in the research, delivery, and successful implementation of Business Improvement processes. Since 1990 Peter has provided the intellectual firepower that has seen his business emerge as one of Australia’s most respected Corporate Development Consultancies.

Between 1987 and 1990 Peter was involved with the redesign and delivery of the RAAF’s Leadership Training, including the introduction of experiential and adventure learning elements. On leaving the RAAF college, Peter joined the UK based MaST Organisation, conducting the ‘Leaders to the Top’ program. After a year’s preparation, he led a team of ten senior corporate executives to the summit of Mt Aconcagua, the world’s highest mountain outside the Himalayas.

As a facilitator Peter has built a reputation as dynamic, entertaining and highly informative, however his skills are not limited to presentation. He has facilitated many high-level organizational re-design forums, and in one instance, amazed conveners by obtaining resolution from 30 managers on a $300 million governance agreement in under a day.

Peter’s driving passion is the application of cutting edge thinking to business, and he is constantly researching fields such as philosophy, physics, mathematics, linguistics and business. About Eric Bailey
Eric Bailey is a former professional basketball player from the USA, and now lives in Brisbane Australia. Standing at 6 foot 7 this exciting and passionate presenter will energize your team or conference.

Eric was raised on the tough streets of downtown Los Angeles where, at the age of seven, he has diagnosed with a rare bone disease. He was told he would never play sport, that he would never amount to anything and to forget about an education. But on simple principles that Eric applied to his life he was able to set goals, stay focused, follow his dreams, and stay energized!!

About Dr Toby Ford
 
Dr Toby Ford is a leading expert in the area of corporate health risk management. He is a nationally acknowledged speaker and presenter on health, lifestyle, stress and motivation.  With various television, radio and conference presentations he promotes the virtues of maintaining quality of working life, lifestyle, wellbeing and work/life balance.
 
After graduating from the University of Queensland Medical School and spending his residency at the Mater Hospital, Dr Ford spent time as a Flying Doctor and in suburban general practice.  Interest in prevention of illness, early screening and detection were pursued overseas in the USA and the United Kingdom, giving a good grounding in many facets of worksite health.
 
Dr Toby is the founder of Ford Health Group a Corporate Health Provider for individuals, employees and organisations throughout Queensland and Australia. His clients include Port of Brisbane Corporation, Powerlink, Blake Dawson Waldron, MacArthur Coal, Minter Ellison,  Hatch.  He is Chief Medical Officer for Suncorp Life and examiner for other insurance companies.

About Chris Kelly
