When
the Going gets Tough
Former All American and NBL player
Eric
Bailey draws upon his wealth of experience from life at the
top echelons of professional sport and his incredible life experiences,
to deliver powerful programs about team work, leadership, self-esteem
and goal setting. Eric’s first hand expertise in these areas
will inspire and captivate his audience while he delivers a highly
entertaining presentation
Stand Tall and Talk the Talk and Walk
the Walk
As a speaker, Eric’s diverse skills and motivational presentations
can be delivered in many different forms. They needn’t be
complex or overly formal. He enjoys interaction that small group
discussions and workshops offer.
This presentation style allows the staff to be more involved, less
threatened and to take great ownership of the program for their
lives. You will grow in statue and confidence, enabling you to talk
the talk and walk the walk.
Don't Foul Out!
It’s the final minute of the game in the fourth quarter. You
and your team have worked hard for years to win the championship.
All you have to do is take care of the ball. Be sensible. Don’t
take any unnecessary risks or chances. Be a leader – not a
follower.
BEEP!!!
The referee has just blown the whistle. You just committed your
6th foul. You are out of the game. You just blew your chances for
victory and success.
Presentation Options:
Lunch and Learn is a fantastic way to communicate topics in a relaxed
environment over lunch with a group discussing desired topics, allowing
time for questions. This is a great rapport builder.
Workshops and Brainstorming will bring the individuals into the
heart of the discussion. Staff will be encouraged and feel comfortable
to contribute. This forum is a terrific way for staff to leave feeling
valued as an integral member of the team.
Larger Group Forums offer the value of everyone hearing the same
message at the same time. Vision, motivation, inspiration are dynamically
communicated from this platform. Organizational pride and a sense
of belonging can often be better imparted to a larger audience.
Everyone desires to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Family Sessions are an awesome way for the company to actively demonstrate
their level of care. Inviting family members, particularly teens
to hear the anti drug and alcohol message presented positively.
The passion to see families strong and united to fight this destructive
problem can and should be shared. Eric speaks to over 150 secondary
schools each year. This wealth of experience offers an insight into
the minds of our kids.
