an Associate who was only meeting 70 - 80% of his budget and
unable to reach his goal of becoming a Partner. Within three months
of Simon’s coaching program, the Associate was achieving 220%
of his budget, had contracted new work from an icon client and increased
his profile in the organisation to such an extent he was made Partner.
