REALLY EXPERIENCE LEADERSHIP
Imagine you want to learn to water ski - do you take a correspondence
course, from your living room? NO...you need a boat, you need a
river, you need skis and you need an instructor...its the same with
leadership...we say, "sit around and talk about leadership
all you like, but to really learn to lead you have to experience
it".
WE ARE DIFFERENT
In our experience there are many excellent courses available which
provide a strong background in contemporary leadership theory, however
we believe that gathering information about leadership and learning
to lead better are distinctly different propositions. Our programs
bring together the perfect location, unique proprietary intellectual
property and cutting edge learning delivery methods. This is all
packaged with tested and proven instructional design to create a
truly unique offering.

IT IS WHAT WE DO
Because of the skill sets that are resident in EE we specialize
in the area of leadership development. While conducting coaching
programs we found our clients were looking for the opportunity to
‘stretch’ and grow their leaders. Or, they want to work
with their senior people to create a learning environment that gets
people ‘out of their comfort zones’. This is it.
